         It requires 7700 extra calories to gain 1kg of body fat.

         Likewise it requires a negative balance or 7700 calories to lose 1kg of body fat.

         Fat calories are very concentrated. Cut back on high fat foods like cheese, ice cream, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, fats, oils, butter, untrimmed meats, etc. if you want to lose weight faster.
